Enrollment Questions:

1. What is the YEP enrollment policy?
Enrollment for the YEP programs are on a first-come, first-served basis.  All students need to re-enroll every school year, beginning on the specified school site enrollment date. 

2. My student has been on the waitlist or is currently in the YEP program for the 2016/2017 school year, do I still need to re-enroll online registration forms?
Yes, all students need to re-enroll into the specified school site YEP program each school year.

3. I am not sure what school my student will attend?  I have filled out a district transfer form and unsure of what school my student will go to?
You will need to fill out the online enrollment forms for your student’s current home school.

 

 


4. Can I have my student attend another school site program?
All students must be enrolled/attend the YEP program at their home school site.

5. I don’t have access to a computer with internet.  How can I enroll my child for YEP?
YEP will have computers available to the public during the following dates and locations:
April 25 & 27, 2017 (from 5:30 – 7:00 pm) & May 1-12, 2017 (Monday-Friday from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm Only)
The Parent Resource Center Hub, room 20 - 24823 Soto Rd., Hayward, CA 94544 (limited computers).

6. It says my student is on the waitlist.  How will I be notified if a spot opens up and will I be billed?
    1. You will be notified by phone by the YEP Site Lead, if a spot opens up for your student in the YEP program selected.  Please make sure all contact information is up-to-date and accurate in the enrollment system.  
    2. No payment is due until your student is accepted into the YEP program.

7. I cannot enroll my student because it says I have an outstanding balance. What can I do?
Please contact the YEP office at 510-723-3857 ext.34186 or 34188.

8. I didn’t receive a confirmation number during the completion of Step I.
Once you have completed Step I of enrollment, you will receive an email confirmation from the Student and Parent Support Programs within 24-48 hours.  Please check your SPAM mailbox.


Payment Information:

1. What forms of payment are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards, personal checks, money orders/cashier checks as well as PayPal payments, are accepted.

2. Is my payment transaction secure?
Yes.  Payments are transmitted through a certified, secure connection.

3. Are partial payments allowed?
